The BCI Continuity and Resilience ('C&R') Awards 2010 will be held by the Business Continuity Institute (UK) ('BCI') and KPMG in India ('KPMG'). KPMG and BCI are hereafter referred to singly or together as "The Organizer". The Key Official Sponsor ('Sponsor') for the event is Omnitech Infosolutions Limited ('Omnitech').

The process of applications, Judging, public voting and presenting of Awards to winners will be governed by the guidelines set out in these Supplementary Regulations. These Supplementary Regulations will be available as part of the Application Information Document at the C&R Awards website:

The organizers are the final authority for any decisions taken affecting the BCI C&R Awards.

All modifications, amendments and/or changes to these Supplementary Regulations will be announced only through the website mentioned above.

 
 
Acquaintance with and Submission to Rules
  Every person or organization intending to take part in the Awards Process as an entrant, staff or Judge agrees:
  To have read, understood and agreed to abide by the Guidelines set out in the Supplementary Regulations
  To agree to and abide by any changes or additions to the Supplementary Regulations announced at a later date.
  To abide by any and all decisions of the organizers
     
  Amendments to the Regulations
  Amendments to these regulations may be made at the sole discretion of the organizers. Announcements to changes in regulations will be posted to the Website in a sequential and dated format
     
  Organizers Rights
  Staff affiliated to the organizers are empowered to take a decision on any eventuality not covered by the Regulations
  The organizers may, at their discretion abandon, cancel or postpone the event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  Any decision taken by the organizers with respect to the events, entrants, delegates and applications will be final and binding on all parties.
  The organizers reserve the right to refuse the entry of any entrant at their discretion without reason for such a refusal.
     
  Entrants Eligibility and Obligations
  Individuals or organizations may enter in the awards. Eligibility to enter for individual awards will be defined by the specific eligibility criteria for each award.
  By submitting an electronic application it is understood that entrants agree to abide by the Rules of the Awards set out in the Application Information Document, the Supplementary Regulations and the declaration included in the Application Form.
  The organizers will be screening each application for completeness and accuracy and reserve the right to disqualify any application for incompleteness / inaccuracy.
  Applicants may be required to furnish identity proof / employment proof as part of the screening process performed by the organizers
     
  Protest and Appeals
  All decisions in respect to the awards, screening and judging process and results will be final and at the sole discretion of the organizers.
