Dr. (Mrs.) Indu Shahani has over three decades of teaching experience at College and University level and has made a significant contribution to the teaching profession. She played an active role as the Sheriff of Mumbai and was instrumental in launching the Women’s Helpline 1298 with the support of twenty leading Non- Government Organizations ('NGO’s'). She is a Visiting Faculty Member at the UC Berkeley and the School of Management NJIT, USA. She has also been instrumental in fostering student and faculty exchanges with leading universities in USA, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. She is looked upon as a role model by her colleagues and students, and is acknowledged worldwide for her significant contribution to education and value-based leadership.

Lyndon Bird is the Technical & International Director of The Business Continuity Institute ('BCI'). Lyndon was one of the first Fellow members of the BCI when it was formed in the year 1994. He has a Masters in Business Administration.Lyndon was one of the founding members of Continuity Planning Associates BV in The Netherlands. He has over 20 years experience in the Business Continuity world and has contributed significantly in the Business Continuity Management ('BCM') field. Ajit has worked in various divisions of the organization and has been instrumental in setting up 2 of TCS’ overseas centres. He has helped define the integrated security model encompassing Logical, Physical and Personnel security. He is a certified Lead Auditor and is on the steering committee of DSCI.

Nitin Khanapurkar is India representative and a member ('MBCI') of the Business Continuity Institute ('BCI'). He is currently an Executive Director in KPMG and has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Audit (Finance and IT), Risk and Security Consulting, and Business Continuity Management ('BCM'). He has a vast experience spanning across 4 continents and is also on the Global Leadership team of KPMG for BCM. He has played a leading role on a number of BCM engagements internationally. He was awarded the BCI “Merit Award” for successfully developing and running the BCI Indian Continuity and Resilience Awards.
