| How to enter and entry criteria |

Select the Category or categories you wish to enter |

|
All entries must be based on activity during the period June 1, 2009 to May 31, 2010 |
| |
|
You must submit a separate entry form for each category. |
| |
|
Entries not conforming to the judging criteria may be discarded |
| |
|
Entries must be received by 6pm IST on July 31, 2010 |
| |
|
Only entries in an electronic format will be considered. You can also send scanned copies of any relevant supporting documents. Entries may be submitted in-fmbcicra@kpmg.com |

Late entries will not be considered |
| |
|
All individuals must reside in India and all corporate entrants must operate in India |
| |
|
The judges reserve the right to contact entrants for additional information where appropriate |

|
There is no application fee |
| |
|
Shortlisted finalists will be notified in writing by August 31, 2010 |
| |
|
The BCI and the Awards Sponsors reserve the right to withdraw the presentation of any Award |
| |
|
The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard |
| |
|
The BCI reserves the right to change the Awards process |
